Services


We provide commercial truck and trailer repair services, including in-shop repairs and roadside diagnostic and minor repair assistance.


Service Fees

  • $110 Call-Out Fee (Roadside Assistance)

  • 1 Hour Minimum Service Charge

  • $30 Fuel Surcharge

  • Additional $4 per mile outside a 30-mile radius

All fees are subject to change without notice.


Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


No Guarantee of Repair Completion

While we strive to resolve issues efficiently, we do not guarantee that all mechanical issues can be fully repaired during roadside service.

Limitation of Liability


K & W Commercial Truck and Trailer Repair LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or parts availability

  • Loss of revenue, cargo, or business interruption

  • Pre-existing mechanical issues


Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate location and vehicle information when requesting service.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service under unsafe or inappropriate conditions.


Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.

4. SERVICE POLICY

Roadside Assistance

  • $110 Call-Out Fee applies

  • 1 Hour Minimum Service

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 24 Hours

  • Saturday: Until 6 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

Certified Diesel Technician Hours

Round the Clock

Monday 12 AM - Saturday 6 PM

Scope of Service

Roadside service includes:

  • Diagnostics

  • Minor repairs

  • Jumpstarts

  • Lockouts

Major repairs must be completed in-shop.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. REFUND POLICY

​

Due to the nature of mechanical and roadside services:

  • All service fees are non-refundable once service has been dispatched or completed

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of billing errors
